In November of 2002 My Father's House purchased 2.5 acres of land to build a larger facility to house 30 families. We purchased the property from the Family Worship Center just one block east of 174th on Powell Blvd.

Three years later we are watching our dreams come true, as we move into the final stages of construction! Check back for more updates on our building progress!

Ways to get involved in the building of My Father's House :

• Donate: We are only $300,000 away from finishing our building, after raising and spending nearly $2.4 million on construction...with no debt! You can help put the finishing touches on our new home!
• Room Sponsorship: Call Cathe for a full "sponsorship" list. All our rooms are sponsored according to the square footage. Have your family, club, school or church sponsor a room. The room will be attributed to your group and a beautiful plaque displaying your name will be placed on the door of that room.
• Adopt-A-Room: Each of our rooms, Faith, Hope, Love, Joy, & Peace, are adopted and furnished by a church, business or individuals. As the residents move out, they take with them the soft goods from their room as a start for their new place. These are items such as sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. are then replenished with new items for the next family moving in. Rooms can be adopted on a one-time basis or for a set period of time. The average turn around on the rooms is about 3 months. This program will continue when we move into our new facility. We will then have 30 rooms to adopt.

• Volunteer: There are any number of ways to help us push through the last phase of construction, from cleaning, painting and finish work to moving us in and setting up when we open. Get your name in early!
• Tell Others: Let your friends, neighbors, church, groups, clubs... everyone you know, hear about My Father's House and the work that we are doing in the community to help families find hope, encouragement and a fresh start!
