25th Anniversary Benefit Dinner

On April 27, we came together to celebrate a meaningful milestone—our 25th Anniversary Benefit Dinner—honoring the work and mission of My Father’s House. It was a night filled with warmth, reflection, and connection. One of the most touching moments was seeing the children who currently live at My Father’s House welcome guests with smiles and help them find their seats. Watching them confidently move through the room, chatting and engaging with supporters, reminded us all of the lives being changed and the brighter futures being built through this ministry.

Founder Cathe Wiese shared from the heart as she reflected on the early days of My Father’s House—how it all began with a vision and a calling, and how far God has brought us since then. We were especially moved by the powerful testimony of Ray and Mey, two of our residents, who bravely shared their story of healing, restoration, and newfound hope. Their journey is a living example of why My Father’s House exists.

Executive Director Andrea Pickett shared that we’re dreaming big— planning to introduce an early childhood program and expand our housing services to reach even more families facing homelessness and hardship. While there is still much work ahead, we’re not doing it alone. We are deeply grateful for the strong and faithful community that stands with us every step of the way.
