From building friendships with residents to helping behind the scenes, our volunteers bring energy, compassion, and hope to families experiencing homelessness. Whether you have a special skill to share, a few hours a week, or just a desire to serve—you belong here.

Schedule a Tour + Training: Learn more about our mission, get a behind-the-scenes look at the shelter, and discover the best way to plug in.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have a wide variety of ways to get involved—there’s something for everyone:

Children’s Center: Play, teach, and support kids while parents attend classes, interviews, or get some much-needed rest.
Donation Center: Sort donations or help families shop for essentials in our “Shared Blessings” store.
Events & Fundraising: Join the fun and help out at special events!
Maintenance & Yard Work: Handy? Help us keep our shelter and grounds in great shape.
Moving Support: Lend a truck (and a hand) to help families as they transition into their new homes.
Tutoring: Work one-on-one with kids on reading, math, and homework.
Prayer Team: Support families and staff through ongoing prayer.
