At My Father’s House, our Case Management Program is at the heart of how we support families on their journey to stability and independence. Each resident is paired with a dedicated men’s or women’s case manager, someone who meets with them weekly to listen, guide, and set goals together. These goals can include budgeting, finding and maintaining employment, spiritual growth, parenting skills, and overall family well-being.

Beyond one-on-one guidance, residents participate in weekly class nights, which offer workshops in parenting, life skills, financial literacy, and faith-based courses like Alpha. Case managers also help families navigate community resources, access childcare, and build routines that set them up for long-term success.

Through this holistic approach, families not only gain practical tools to overcome challenges but also the encouragement and sense of community that comes from being seen, heard, and supported.
